Karen B., Office Manager: As invaluable office manager, Karen is often referred to as “The Queen of All Things”. She has helped keep us on track since joining in 2006.

Mark S., Technician: With 17+ years in the HVAC business, Mark applies his broad range of experience to help clients find the best solutions for their comfort concerns.
Gary Sylvester, General Manager and Co-Owner: Gary grew up in the HVAC business, operating Sylvester’s Total Comfort and Security in Anderson. Gary’s background was a perfect fit and he does a great job handling day-to-day operations.
Nick G., Technician: Nick has many years experience working with home comfort systems, and takes great pride in making sure his jobs not only work great, but look great as well.

Ryan T., Technician: Keeping homeowners comfortable is Ryans specialty. He enjoys being able to use his excellent trouble shooting skills to help clients solve their heating and air conditioning problems.
Bentley D - Bentley is our office dog. His job is to eat leftover french fries when the guys come in for lunch and greet visitors to the shop with a wag of his tail. He is available for petting anytime, no appointment necessary.
