We have a technician that is on call during the week after our office closes which our office hours are 7:45 AM to 6:30 PM. And then we have an answering service that when the customer calls in, they will pick up, they will contact our technician that is on call. And also the same is on the weekends, Saturdays and Sundays, the technician will call the customer back to get them taken care of.
