Have you ever gotten up on Christmas to find that your furnace has quit working? Well a few Action Air clients found themselves in just that situation this Christmas. Fortunately, our service department has “on call” technicians standing by ready to take care of clients even on Christmas.
After reviewing our service records for Christmas Eve and Christmas day, we are pleased to say that all of our clients that called in with broken furnaces were up and running again within 4 hours of their initial call…now how’s that for service? Thanks to techs Justin and Nick we were able to get broken blower motors replaced, bad pressure switches changed, and dirty flame sensors cleaned restoring heat to our clients in record time.
