Technicians working in the field, going from service call to service call or installing new HVAC equipment don’t always stop and think about how important their job is. Getting positive feedback from folks that they have serviced is a great morale boost to our technicians. They just love it when clients rave about their work, and we celebrate good reviews all around the office. Occasionally we will get a review that is less than great, and that is a perfect opportunity to not only make things right with the client, but to train our guys on what we could have done better as well.

Customer Comments: “I have two, one for Mark W and the other is for Josh and Justin. Mark was here for over two hours trying to clean and fix our furnace and AC so everything is ready for summer. We have had him several times and he is one of your best and in our opinion is your best. A few days later, at the suggestion of Mark, we had Josh and Justin here for over five hours cleaning all of our duct work. Again, very pleasant young men. They were very efficient, didn’t goof around but just really got the job done. We give all three men our highest recommendation. People like them are why we use Action Air.”
