Gary grew up in the HVAC business, operating Sylvester’s Total Comfort and Security in Anderson. Gary’s background was a perfect fit and he does a great job handling day-to-day operations.

Mark joined Action Air after serving in Iraq as part of the Marines. Mark's willingness to do whatever it takes, combined with strict attention to detail, makes him an awesome Technician.

"Jill" of all trades has been a dedicated employee for over 10 years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting and utilizes her eye for detail by taking care of Action Air's accounting and bookkeeping. Jill is married to her high school sweetheart and is quite busy with her two teenage high school athletes. Her favorite season is summer and loves spending time with family and friends.

Jay enjoys helping folks keep up on the maintenance of their home heating and cooling systems. He knows a clean unit is an efficient and trouble free unit!

I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, and following the latest skincare trends. When I am not in the office, I am at home being a mommy to two beautiful little girls. My biggest flex is always trying to be a better person than I was the day before and helping the people I love around me do the same. I'm full of random and useless information about land and sea animals, but if you need any help with HVAC you can always call me!
