Imagine this…
It’s 1 AM, freezing cold outside and you wake up to find you have no heat. You search the internet, or open the phone book, but who do you call? How do you know you can find a reliable company in Indianapolis to make a repair to your furnace in the middle of the night? And if you do find someone that actually answers the phone and is willing to come out, are they going to gouge you on the bill for after-hours service? And then, there’s the thought of letting a stranger into your home in the middle of the night while your family is asleep…we all read the headlines, and that’s some scary stuff for sure.
When you deal with Fishers based Action Air, that dreaded “middle of the night service call” does not have to send you into panic mode. For starters, we do not charge extra to get folks up and running when they have a heat emergency, even in the middle of the night. And secondly, all of our staff has to go through extensive criminal background checks, and participate in a random drug testing program. That is all part of the Technician Seal of Safety program that we participate in, and a commitment that we make to our clients. We won’t send anyone into your home that we wouldn’t have in our own homes.

Despite me saying it was not an emergency, Clayton came, diagnosed the problem, went back to the shop to get a replacement part and completed the repair Sunday evening about 6pm. When I expressed my appreciation for taking his Sunday, he said it was not about him, it was about us as a customer. Wow.”
